3 Homes Worth Escaping To…
Eastside Container - Near Train, Downtown & UT

Located in Central East Austin, Texas, this container home was finished with some luxury materials. The wooden floors and leather furniture brings together the property in what I would call “rugged comfort.” Amenity loaded with fresh coffee too! Use this as your compound for exploring Austin!
Custom Industrial Loft in Historic Blackstone

This loft in Omaha, Nebraska might fool you on the outside, but the inside will blow you away. Just a short distance to midtown, visitors have an affordable place to stay when exploring one of the most underrated cities in America. Comes with a backyard and a patio too!
Tiny House Paradise - Pool & Spa, Slide + Beaches

At $94 a night, this Bradenton, FL tiny home is a STEAL. The owners of the property lived in it for over a year before they built their home (also located on the same property) to fit a growing family. So, basically, you’ve got everything you could ask for in functionality. Plus, let’s not forget the large pool with the rock grotto. It’s perfect for those escaping the cooling temperatures right now!
Parks Project
Parks Project is going in on their merch right now. The brand has partnered with over 50 parks and donates a portion of all sales to the conservation effort. In lieu of the upcoming election (yikes) here is an awesome “vote environment” t-shirt.

Hummer EV: Crab-Walking Enabled
GMC revealed the new electric Hummer in grand fashion during a commercial break in Game 1 of the World Series the other night. Let me say, this is one awesome project they put together. Whether it is for you or not is something you’ll have to decide, but you can’t ignore the fact they basically brought this car back from the dead. It’s got a roof that opens up entirely and CRAB-WALKing capabilities. What’s that mean? Well, watch their debut commercial below (narrated by Lebron James) to see the car do its thing.
“Simplify. Simplify. Simplify.”
These are the words that hung inside the marketing division at Apple when Adam Lashinsky published his book Inside Apple back in 2012. His book contained over 10 years of business practice and a workplace culture that Apple chose to embody, and thus generate them wild amounts of success.

So, Steve Jobs had those words up in the marketing office, except two of the three were also crossed out. The third word could be scratched out by employees, as the words were able to be written on like a whiteboard. What’s the lesson? Job believed everything could be broken down into an easier and more friendly manner—it all could be boiled down to its essence.
